Bunther
These Terms apply to the Bunther mobile app and bunther.app. “We” means the developer who operates Bunther. By using Bunther, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
1. Using Bunther
Bunther is a personal productivity app for organizing tasks, choosing what to work on, tracking focus sessions, and seeing your progress. The bunny, streaks, and in-app rewards are part of the app experience and have no cash value. We give you permission to use the app and website for your own use, subject to these Terms and any applicable app-store license.
2. Your account and content
You can get started as a guest. Where cloud backup is available, you can save an account so you can recover and sync your data. Protect access to your account and let us know if you think someone else has accessed it. Guest or unsynced data can be lost if you clear local storage, uninstall the app, or lose access to the device.
You own the tasks, notes, and other content you enter. You give us permission to process and store that content as needed to provide Bunther features you use, including backup and sync. Use Bunther lawfully. Respect other people’s rights, and avoid trying to access another account or disrupt the service.
3. Availability and changes
Features may change or be interrupted. Reminders and timers depend on your device settings. Cloud sync depends on connectivity and whether the app can run. Keep a separate copy of information you need to rely on.
4. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bunther is provided as available and without implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using Bunther. Your rights under applicable consumer protection laws still apply.
5. Ending use and updates to these Terms
You can stop using Bunther at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend access to protect accounts, prevent abuse, or comply with the law. When we update these Terms, we’ll post the new version and effective date here.
